Brighton Fashion Week

Our flagship event, Brighton Fashion Week, caused a stir on its launch in 2010, and continues to have lasting impact today. Our phenomenally successful six year run saw us work across a staggering range of venues across the city, including the Corn Exchange, St Bartholemew’s Church and Queen’s Road’s stunning Masonic Lodge. We left an indelible mark on the industry with our unique brand of innovative scheduling, which paired sell out fashion shows for audiences of 800 with dynamic pop up content from art installations to workshops and debates. By marrying the alternative, rebellious soul of the city with cutting edge, fresh fashion design we carved out BFW’s niche between smaller graduate shows and the larger fashion platforms of London, Paris, New York and Milan. Above all we inspired people to question the very nature of fashion, and foregrounded the importance of a sustainable, ethical design process.
